The cloudIT story

Founded in 2012, cloudIT, LLC is a Phoenix, Arizona based company offering a wide range of services to its customers. Utilizing cloudIT’s expertise and technology allows businesses to reduce business costs, secure sensitive information, improve communication, increase employee productivity, broaden customer bases, collaboration, and efficiently work from home. Vince Kent, our founder and CEO, recognized in 2012 that the technology required to support the business world is far more complex and interdependent than even the prior 10 years. His core philosophy has not changed. cloudIT will listen to the customer and recommend a technology strategy that best fits the customer need, regardless of whether it’s a cloudIT service or not.

cloudIT has grown substantially since 2012, and now our wide breadth of services allows our clients to stay up-to-date on technology. As part of our consultative service, we stress the consequences of not staying abreast of rapidly changing interdependent technologies. We partner with our client so they don’t have to scramble to react to technology changes that can cause swift erosion of its competitive advantages and bottom line that no one anticipated, especially in the cybersecurity arena.

cloudIT continues expansion with the acquisition of AllPro Technologies in Cincinnati, OH

ADAPTION POST-COVID

cloudIT adopts a fully hybrid work environment so our team has the freedom to work from home or in the office at whatever schedule best suits their needs

EXPANSION

cloudIT purchases an office space in Cottonwood, AZ

ACQUISITION

cloudIT acquired Fortress Computer Pros, a small IT company in San Diego, CA, and established a physical cloudIT office in the market. The expansion will help us better serve our California clients and provides growth opportunities

acquisition cloudIT purchases Greenstar, an established IT service provider, which provided cloudIT with a strategic advantage and strength in the Northern Arizona market including Cottonwood, Camp Verde, Prescott, Prescott Valley, Kingman, Page Springs, Sedona, Munds Park and Flagstaff

ACQUISITION

cloudIT acquires Network Possibilities Service Group (NPS), which was in business over 18 years specializing in Education and Nonprofit Organizations. cloudIT was able to provide the NPS client base with a deeper full service support team. David Baker, former CEO/NPS transitioned to cloudIT as vCIO for the Education and Nonprofit client base.
