Consistent commitment to us is how I view our relationship. I’ve been here 17 years, and worked my way up to Administrator. We were one of their first customers, and they’ve grown a lot since we came on board. That was a concern of mine – that they would start providing less customer service to us but that hasn’t happened. They stay in touch and want to keep us happy. With cloudIT, we used to juggle internally all of the IT needs, but since using cloudIT, we are more productive. Having a open, honest relationship with cloudIT is big for me.
